Are You Still Trying To Change?


Whether you’ve been trying to eliminate an unhealthy habit, like smoking, or establish a beneficial one chances are, this is not your first attempt.

You know what it’s like. You decide that it’s time to change. So you set a goal, crank up your as much willpower as you can muster, and go for it.  You use every ounce of energy to become even more disciplined, more focused and perhaps even say an affirmation or two.

And maybe you do change…. for a while. Sooner or later, though, you fall back into those old patterns. That goal that you were once so motivated to achieve gets put on the back burner.

It’s like something is blocking you. Logically, you know all the reasons why you should change and all of the benefits that will come from changing. But every time the same thing happens – you hit a wall and you just can’t get past it no matter how hard you try.

Then you are back at square one. All that effort wasted. “I’ll just have to TRY HARDER next time” you think, blaming yourself for you failing to create that change and reach your goal.

You don’t understand. Why does this keep happening to you? After all, you are intelligent, self aware and more than anything, you really, really want to change.

You’re not the only one. In today’s society, most people have spent more time learning to use their mobile phone, than learning to use their own minds. Unfortunately, in order to change their life or grow as a human being, most people think that all they need to do is set goals and use their will power.  But that’s only part of the solution.

There is a deeper, more powerful aspect of your mind that stores belief systems, patterns and habits that affect your life. Most people refer to this as the subconscious mind. It is your auto-pilot.  It runs your life for you and has been building habits for you perfectly since the day you were born.

You CAN take control. The good news is that once you are able to align your subconscious beliefs and patterns with your goals then change becomes almost effortless.  You already have within you all the resources you’ll ever need to create positive permanent change in your life.  The only problem is, that you simply don’t know how to access them yet.
